This website belongs to Moshe Schwalb, practicing as Schwalb Therapy. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
The information here is general and is not therapy, diagnosis or medical advice, and it doesn’t replace care from a qualified professional.
Reading the website or contacting me doesn’t create a therapist–client relationship. That begins only once we’ve met, agreed to work together, and completed the intake process.
The website, email and WhatsApp aren’t watched for emergencies. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. In Israel, call ERAN at 1201 or MDA at 101. Anywhere else, call your local emergency number.
I can only offer sessions where I’m permitted to practice, and what generally matters is where you are during the session. In the United States, that’s Illinois. New York and New Jersey are coming soon.
In person, I see clients in Jerusalem.
Fees, the free consultation and the cancellation policy are described on the Fees & FAQ page. They may change, and the terms that apply to you are confirmed when we begin working together.
The text, photographs of Moshe and the Schwalb Therapy logo belong to Moshe Schwalb. You’re welcome to read, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t copy or republish the content without permission. Nature photographs are used under the Unsplash License.
Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, payment or booking services and crisis lines, are provided for convenience. I’m not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
I try to keep the website accurate and available, but I can’t promise it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted, and I may change it at any time.
As far as the law allows, I’m not responsible for any loss that results from using, or not being able to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
