This website belongs to Moshe Schwalb, a psychotherapist practicing as Schwalb Therapy (“I” and “me” below). This policy explains what the website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
It covers the website only. If you become a client, your therapy records and what you share in sessions are covered by a separate client privacy notice, and by the professional and legal rules that apply to my practice.
The contact form, email and WhatsApp aren’t the place for details about your health or what brings you to therapy. Share only what’s needed to arrange a free consultation, and we’ll talk about the rest privately.
To reply to you and arrange a consultation, to keep the website working, secure and easy to use, and to keep reasonable records.
I don’t sell your information, share it for advertising, or use advertising trackers.
These providers handle information only to provide their service:
Messages and contact details are kept only as long as I need them to reply and to keep reasonable records. You can ask me to delete them at any time. Visitor statistics are kept only in summary form.
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop using it. Depending on where you live (for example in Israel, the European Union or certain US states), you may have further rights under local law. I’ll respond within 30 days.
The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to messages is limited to me and the people who run the website for me. No internet service is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep health details for our conversations.
I work with adolescents and adults. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact me. The website isn’t meant to collect information from children under 13.
I practice from Israel and work with clients in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be stored or handled in Israel, the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
